Cocktails with style
When it comes to drinking the happy couple’s health, champagne is all well and good – but delicious, expertly prepared cocktails make for an altogether more memorable toast! Just ask Spiritus Events’ Sam Martin and Oli Clark – two trained cocktail specialists, whose passion for mixology is rivalled only by their flair and professionalism.
Sam and Oli founded mobile-bar Spiritus with a clear aim in mind; to deliver, both great-tasting drinks, and unrivalled service. The pair (who are trained flair bartenders and expert ‘mixologists’) cater for all manner of weddings, supplying
stock and glasses, mixing and serving drinks, creating specialist cocktails – or, simply manning the bar.
And it’s not just great drinks on offer!
Self-confessed ‘Rum geek’ Sam, and tequila enthusiast Oli can entertain guests with a little flair bartending (which involves juggling, throwing and catching bottles); their speciality creations (including ‘With This Ring’ – a sophisticated marriage of Prosecco, Goldschlager and Galliano Vanilla Liqueur), are always guaranteed to impress the most exacting drinks buff. Indeed, with cocktails this good, the toasts might go on all night!
