If I eat light, then I can shine a protective sheath of blazing radiance that no harmful entity, whether bacteria or super natural can penetrate; however, with a diet of junk food –my body may get low-grade fuel but importantly the mind and soul will not. This is crucial. If you don’t know what I say to be true instinctively and intuitively, then go to a fruit bar and have a glass of wheat grass juice and see what happens!

Practitioners of Yoga and meditation generally have incredibly radiant biofields. I once did a study with the musicians that accompanied Shri Shri Ravi Shanker, an Indian mystic and founder of the Art of Living movement. These guys were like beacons of light almost completely filling the frame with white light.

My intuition is that mankind is awakening from a kind of dream state – hypnotised by our own inventions and existing as a human working like bonded labourers, slaves to banks and cheap moneylenders.

As we awaken we do not look back at history for an answer but draw from the current mass consciousness and create a new myth and new mysteries.

This is important because we want to remain part of creation not victims of others’ limited and unsustainable versions of reality.

My question is this – why is the word light embedded in a word that describes a state of ultimate human bliss? –Enlightenment, so often bandied about that it is enough to make ones shadow cringe. So let’s look at light not as an aspect of science but as a glorious conscious nourishing force of nature.

As a former child TV advert regular, I know very well how the agro corporations use the processing of food to maximise profits. The life is squeezed out in the process, but the stockholders are happy. I was the Kellogs cornflake kid on UK television. I have always wondered the irony of a man who was totally into the importance of fresh and raw food as Kellog was, now being the father of such a Frankenstein. They also sell their look-a-like food using flawed science. Genetically modified foods appear larger and more colourful, but the flavour is sacrificed. Radiation may double the shelf life of fruits and vegetables thus increase profits, but has research been done to show that eating radiated foods over long periods of time has no harmful effects. This is most obvious when comparing the tomatoes from the supermarket to those fresh from your garden. No chemicals or radiation needed.

The biggest revolution we need is in our stomachs – as to grow the food the world needs to eat would be a perfect challenge to return the natural balance in the ecosystem.

We are not like trains –we don’t shovel in a whole car full of coal and just sweep out a few buckets of ash at the end of our day’s journey. We eat a meal and much of it is digested and then reprocessed as waste, either as poo or pee. Our real meal is the light in the food that we eat and that we get when we are outside in nature at the right time for the sun’s more harmful rays to be not at their strongest.

An apple tree stands rooted in the soil sucking the living daylights out of the sun. This light is stored in fruit as energy to help the seed last the winter and then grow out of the soil until it has its own leaves. If we are lucky we eat this fruit, the solid food is fuel for our bodies and the light is fuel for our minds and souls.

Of course a dietitian will tell us the right balance of raw and cooked food, and a good one will be concerned if we are eating a pH balanced diet that is right for each individuals blood type and with the right combination of proteins and carbohydrates, sugars and fats and at which meal times. What I am speaking of is different- and it is the common thread of the entire organic food movement. That people inherently know what is good food to eat and they will pay more for it even if the same named food looks bigger and better.

Another important issue that we can consider is the effect of microwaving food. In the image shown overleaf we can see the effect on the apple’s biofield after just a few moments in a microwave oven.

Now I want to speak of something you will not find in any CHOICE POINT MAGAZINE 53
