EMPOWERMENT AND INSPIRATION

here are many Guru’s in the world who shower you with inspirational phrases but later prove themselves lacking in any real ability to empower you when the hypnotic sound bites run out.
There are also people who start off by being empowering but lacking in Inspiration. You hope that Inspiration will emerge one day from their ongoing empowerment but the empowerment runs out and the Inspiration never comes.
I have been disappointed by ‘Gurus’ in both guises. However there are two other kinds.
There are many Gurus in the world who are Inspiring first and who back up what they say by guiding you through ever increasing self empowerment. There are also those who start off by guiding you through ever increasing self-empowerment that slowly and surely gives rise to emerging Inspiration.
Given a choice of Inspiration or Empowerment, despite me following an Intuitive path through Life where I would be the kind of person to seek inspiration first, it makes more sense in such a situation to seek empowerment first and allow inspiration to emerge.
The diagrams below show two people who, on the surface are driven by Inspiration or Empowerment and after further engagement follow them into their complement. Some people like inspiration initially but some time later will seek empowerment, others like to be empowered first but some time later will crave inspiration.
The best kind of person to learn from or be is the person who has many layers of inspiration and empowerment. With these individuals the deeper you go into their Inspiration the closer and closer you get to a source of empowerment. Also the more you engage in their empowering guidance the more closer you get to an emerging Inspiration. This is very much like the Yin/

What we seek –Inspiration or Empowerment is driven by the nature of relationship between Left and Right sides of our Brain –the Logical and Intuitive parts of our mind. However there is another dimension that shapes these behaviours –The influence of different layers of the brain. The deepest, oldest layer is the Reptilian Brain and the modern, higher and more evolved layer is the Mammalian Brain.
