Yogis Kelli Davis
Living in Nashville, Tennessee, Kelli’s yoga journey began in 2001. After moving to McKinney, Texas in 2004, she attended a Baron Baptiste workshop in Dallas, where it became clear she wanted to teach. Inspired by power vinyasa yoga, Kelli loves guiding students through a fun and challenging vinyasa flow and helping them awaken their true potential.
Baron Baptiste continues to inspire Kelli’s teaching style. In October 2007, she completed his Teacher Training Level I and in September 2010, Level II.

Tareen White
Tareen was introduced to yoga as a way to manage stress and balance the body. Once she experienced the physical and spiritual healing powers of yoga, she was hooked. She left her corporate job to deepen her practice and expand her knowledge of yoga.
The journey led her
to India where she studied Vedanta, meditation and Iyengar style yoga. Returning to the States, she completed her certification as a Vinyasa instructor.
Her classes include a thoughtful arrangement of poses that build strength, flexibility and awareness. Recognizing the importance of quieting the mind, each class incorporates deliberate breathing, meditation, and deep relaxation.
For Tareen, yoga is an ongoing exploration into the relationship between mind, body and the magical mystery of the spirit. She is fascinated by the power of the breath and its ability to ignite positive change and offers this theme as a continuous thread throughout her classes. Find Tareen at Cura Yoga River Oaks, Heights School of Yoga or contact her directly for private instruction at
