For this Autumn we’ve created a new campaign called ‘Quality Time’. The idea is to let your customers know just how versatile and easy it is to cook with Welsh Lamb. By choosing particular cuts it’s possible to create really tasty dishes in a short amount of time leaving plenty to savour the succulent, juicy fl avours. The TV, press and online campaign launches September 2011 so now’s about the right time to stock up on quality Welsh Lamb.
