Sunday Skills Developmental Clinic and Red Teams

The Sunday clinic is designed to imprint

the fundamental skills needed to enjoy the game of basketball at a high level. This clinic provides a chance for MAC competi- tive players and players from non-MAC teams to augment their development and elevate their skills. The boys third and fourth grade clinic is held on Sundays from noon-2:30 p.m., with scrimmages being held the last 45 minutes of each day. The boys fifth through eighth grade clinic is on Sundays from 3-4:30 p.m. The girls third through fifth grade clinic is on Sundays from 3-4:30 p.m. There are 10 clinics that begin Nov. 13 and end in mid-March. The fee for these clinics is $120 for the season, which includes a reversible MAC jersey (see uniforms below). The deadline to register is Saturday, Oct. 29. There is no need to attend team tryouts for players who only plan to participate in the Sunday Skills Developmental Clinic. A couple volunteer parent/coaches are encouraged to form 10-player teams from within the Sunday clinic and enter these teams in competitive tournaments throughout the region.

Uniforms

Sunday Skills Developmental Clinic participants are required to own only a reversible MAC basketball jersey. Team players are required to own a reversible MAC practice jersey as well as junior basketball MAC game jersey and shorts. The sizing for uniforms is on Monday, Oct. 10 through Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 3-8 p.m. in the Junior Sports East Office.
