Affordable Housing: Housing made available at a cost below full market value to meet an identified need. It includes social rented housing and subsidised low-cost housing for sale. Specialist Housing: Housing made available for households with particular accommodation requirements. This could include supported accommodation for homeless people and sheltered, very sheltered and amenity housing for older people
