Gimme!
There's nothing like some shopping therapy to cure those back-to-school blues. Here's what's on my back-to-school shopping list. Written by Heather Reneau
PEEWEE PC
It's an actual laptop that's made specifically for kids! This computer is super durable and water-resistant (wish mine was), and has a swivel screen that doubles as a touch pad (wish mine did). My kid loved the age-related educational games, pre-loaded. Available at
www.peeweepc.com for $649.
goodbyn lunch box
I'm obsessed with this bento-style lunch container. Its compartments allow you to skip the baggies, and everything is self-contained. It has adorable colors, and even comes with stickers so your child can decorate it herself. It's a bit higher-priced than your typical lunch box, but they estimate you save up to $190 a year by skipping the plastic bags and drink boxes.
Available at Tugboat & the Bird in Winter Park for $23.

GoVinci Backpack
This is a perfect size for your preschooler. Send your wee one to class with the backpack that screams personality — his personality, to be exact. The front is a slip-in slot for his art masterpieces. There are also segmented compartments inside for easy organization. Available at
www.givewink.com for $30.
