Day 1: FLY UK TO MOSCOW: Upon arrival in Moscow, transfer to the cruise vessel.
Day 2: MOSCOW: Explore Moscow with an introductory city tour, then relax before your cruise departs.
Day 3: SET SAIL FROM MOSCOW: Visit an important political landmark, the Moscow Kremlin, and one of its historic cathedrals, before journeying onward to Uglich.
Day 4: UGLICH: A city tour helps you find your bearings in Uglich before visiting its Kremlin grounds. Uglich’s Cathedral of Transfiguration is truly a magnificent sight and brings a tremendous end to a day of exploration.
Day 5: YAROSLAVL: Take a city tour where you can visit the Church of Elijah the Prophet and view some of the most impressive frescos in Russia's Golden Ring!
Day 6: GORITSY: Bathed in history, Goritsy has a medieval feel. Here you can visit the Kyril-Belozerski Monastery and its Museum of Icons, which is associated with the life and death of Ivan the Terrible.
Day 7: KIZHI: Enjoy a trip to the island of Kizhi’s impressive Museum of Wooden Architecture where you can view spectacular wooden villages from throughout the ages.
Day 8: MANDROGI: Enjoy a stop in green and picturesque surroundings.
Day 9: ST PETERSBURG: Your travels bring you to the second capital of Russia, decorated with historic architecture and picturesque palaces. Explore the city with a sightseeing tour before visiting the unique Peter and Paul Fortress, which houses its own cathedral— the final resting place of many tsars of the Russian empire.
Day 10: ST PETERSBURG: Tour the world renowned Hermitage Museum; made up of multiple buildings and exhibits it houses over three million pieces of priceless art.
Day 11: ST PETERSBURG: Today is a day for relaxation or for
further exploration of the city. We can offer a range of excursions to pass your time.
Day 12: FLY ST PETERSBURG TO UK: Transfer to the airport in plenty of time for your flight home.
