7th September Tavistock Camera Club – Welcome Back United Reformed Church 7.30pm Competition: Opening Shot A small friendly club catering for all interests and abilities. All welcome whether as a visitor or as a regular member. Indoor meetings Sept-May/June and occasional week-end and summer evening outings. Subscription Rates: Adult Membership: £30 (£20 after 1st Jan), Full Time Student Membership: £10 (No reduction), Family Membership: £45 (£30 after 1st Jan). Centenary Dartmoor Car Rally & Scatter Quiz Starting from Chagford market from 11am Special Guest Marshal Ann Widdecombe will be on hand to flag off the early starters. The rally will use 60 miles of Dartmoor’s glorious roads and ends up at dramatic National Trust property, Castle Drogo.
