Register with a doctor as soon as possible!
The easiest way to register with a doctor (GP) in Dundee is to go along to the Marquee (no. 20 on campus map) on Monday 5 September, between 11am and 4pm. Dundee GPs will be available at this time. However, if you miss this opportunity, you can choose any practice within Dundee and register there.
We’ve put together a map of all the GPs in Dundee, and instructions on how to register with a GP. Take a look here:

Remember that all students, including those of you from outside the UK, are eligible for free health care while you’re in Scotland, so don’t put off registering.
You can find information about registering with a dentist here:

Sexual health Condoms are available free from the University Health Service (including latex free for those with a latex allergy). When the department is closed they are available just outside the office door.
Supplies are also available opposite reception on Level 4 of DUSA.
Meningitis, mumps and tuberculosis Meningitis, mumps and tuberculosis (TB) are all contagious diseases. Outbreaks tend to occur where people live and work closely together which is why universities are particularly vulnerable. Take a look at this webpage to learn about the symptoms and how to protect yourself:
