Music Swansea

Brilliant saxophonist and fl autist Andy Panayi makes a welcome return visit to Swansea, accompanied by the Dave Cottle Trio. Oliver Nezhati is a young saxophonist well known to Swansea Jazzland audiences. The talented musician, who hails from Llandeilo, has completed his studies at Trinity College and has recently been playing on Cunard’s Queen Mary cruise ship. He will be bringing a quintet of equally talented young musicians to Swansea.

UK guitarist Pete Oxley teams up with Argentinian guitarist Louis D’Agostino who has performed in concert halls, theatres, festivals, village halls and jazz clubs all over the UK and Europe. The idea behind the gig is to perform a scintillating and engaging array of pieces that will appeal to anybody interested in the guitar! October’s Monthly Jazz Jam Session will be led by Gethin Liddington (trumpet) and Dick Hamer (saxophone). Both will be giving instruction and guidance throughout the evening.
