“Mini” strategic planning


Organizations were given a template to use to do micro strategic planning sessions. The plans are being initiated to assist students in identifying values, goals, and areas of distinction.


Men’s conference


The alarming national trends related to enrollment of male students and their lack of involvement in campus leadership positions led the Director of Campus & Community Involvement to host the first campus men’s conference in the spring. Many fraternity members participated in the design and implementation of the program, which was attended by many Greek students. This program will be repeated in 2012.
