EXPERIENCE

Dealing with personnel involved in an incident when company resource is limited is challenging but essential. If not carried out properly there are risks people and their families feel the employer is not showing the expected level of care and concern. Staff locally could be tied up dealing with normal operations or the increased incident demands.

In past cases personnel evacuated in an emergency arrive with just the clothes they stand up in. MCM has teams of people to look after them and make sure they get necessary care and attention. In an incident calls from friends and relatives can paralyse an organisation. MCM can offer a safe pair of hands with a specialist relative response line to help and reassure.

across their network. Regional Response Centres cover key ports across the UK including Humberside, Harwich, East Anglia and the North West and Teeside.

RELATIVE AND EVACUEE SUPPORT Of particular interest to offshore wind clients are relative and evacuee support services.

Many of the team are ex-emergency services and familiar with their procedures and people. They also have close links with other key players including reception centres.
