DANLERS Limited design and manufacture a range of daylight linked dimmers which enable lights to be automatically dimmed or brightened to compensate for fluctuations in available daylight. The lux level at which the switch will automatically control the lighting, can be adjusted. Within the range there are versions to suit either 1–10 Vdc or DSI dimmable ballasts. Daylight linked dimming can make significant savings on energy bills and reduce carbon emissions.

Imagine if you could make a wall out of glass, floor to ceiling say 20m long? That’s easy… What about if that wall was illuminated, from the inside? Still easy, though you’d need to get access every year to service it. Say the wall was lit both sides and had to be less than ten centimetres thick. Not too easy now but still possible, just. What about if the wall was almost cold to the touch with totally even illumination and with a brightness that could make it a primary light source? Well that’s not possible… is it? With the Lightline LED Lightpanel it is now completely possible!
