Nikko, the Japanese company known for its fi ne bone china will participate for the fi rst time at Maison & Objet in September. A new fi ne bone china collection will be launched in Paris. ‘Courtyard’ (pictured) is a new collection of traditional bridal dinnerware. The classic décor includes images of inlaid marble and elegant platinum banding. This fi ne porcelain collection will have a sale retail of USD 40.00 per 5-piece place setting.

Berlin based manufacturers Hering Berlin will be exhibiting at this years Maison et Objet show once again this September. 2010 saw the company present their fi rst glass and textile collection to the trade at both Paris and Frankfurt. At this years trade shows, them theme for the company is ‘picnic’. A picnic basket woven through and through, fi lled with porcelain and glass, exuding exquisite craftsmanship. Similarly to the company’s 750-piece porcelain offering, all glassware is manufactured in Germany using traditional handcraft mentions.
