Norsk Tipping hat eine Schanklizenz für den neuen Standort der Gesellschaft in Ringside, in der Innenstadt von Oslo beantragt.

Es wird geschätzt, dass die Investitionen für den Umbau und die Erweiterung bereits vorhandener Hotels einen Umfang von ca. CHF 60 Mio. haben werden.

Das Swiss Federal Council hat die Gewinner der beiden neuen Kasinolizenzen in Zürich und in der Region Neuchâtel bekannt gegeben. In Zürich bekam die Swiss Casinos AG Zürich den Zuschlag, während die Neuchâtel-Lizenz an die FBAM SA für deren Casino de la Rotonde vergeben wurde.
