Local Businesses Team Up for Summer!

Five days of creative activities for children will be held at Rigwood House in Saltburn this summer. Club Creative, who provide all manner of creative

activities and events for schools, businesses and the community, are running day long workshops for children age 5 -15yrs. The workshops will be delivered by professional artists and promise a rewarding experience for children and young people.

The sessions at Rigwood House, a beautiful property in

its own grounds near to Rushpool Hall, will include Glee Club, Play in a Day, Stage Combat, Krafty Kids and Carnival Club. All activities will culminate in a small performance at the end of the day or result in artwork to take home. The fun days will run from 10am-4pm each Wednesday

from 27th July to 24th August. Neil Walker, of Club Creative, said: “We’ve

programmed these amazing fun days as a creative alternative to the usual summer holiday provision. Parents will be looking for activities for their children over the holidays and we think

we are offering something for everyone. The venue is beautiful, a real retreat where creativity can flourish and we are delighted to be working with Be All You Can as we share similar values. As a new small creative business working across the North East and North Yorkshire we pride ourselves in employing local creative practitioners to deliver our projects and this will be no different. We hope that this will be the catalyst for weekly Club Creative sessions under our own steam at venues across the region.”

Rigwood House is run by Be All You Can - a vibrant

social enterprise, working in the Tees Valley hosting or delivering training, workshops and coaching for people to enhance their life and work skills, achieve their goals and fulfil their true potential. Rigwood House a beautiful Victorian property dating from 1870, set in its own private grounds within easy access of major routes, train stations and local towns.
