August 14: Miss LeeLee and the Spotted Cats All Aboard! Sunday, August 14th, 2011 for the debut performance of Miss LeeLee and The Spotted Cats on the cruise ship Coeur D’Alene. Don’t miss this incredible new jump blues and early R&B ensemble, featuring the region’s top musicians playing selections from the reper- toires of Louis Prima, Fats Domino, Louis Jordan, Royal Crown Revue, and Ray Charles. The creative vintage-music masterminds who brought you Think SWING! Jazz and Blues Fes- tival, 6’ Swing, and Hot Club of Spokane have teamed up with a new group of musicians to rock your world out on Lake Coeur D’Alene. Fronting the band for the evening will be the rare and pre- cious Inland Northwest blues resource, the one and only Miss LeeLee, remembered by many for her performances with Casey MacGill’s Spirits of Rhythm in the late 1990s. Don’t miss out on this special Sunday evening as we jump, jive, an’ wail while the sun sets. The cruise will depart promptly at 7pm, and return to dock at 9pm.
