Laughter and tears at NRA Day

Year 11’s National Record of Achievement Day took place on Wednesday 29th June. It was a fantastic afternoon: parents joined their daughters to celebrate the end of five years at Grey Coat with speeches, a performance from the choir, a fashion show of GCSE Textiles work and a surprise video of the teachers starring in ‘I’ve had the time of my life!’ In addition the school was delighted to welcome back former pupil Sarah Greene, of Blue Peter and Going Live fame, as guest speaker. After the ceremony the pupils released helium balloons and enjoyed strawberries and cream in the garden.
