We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy General Manager to join our team at Highcross, Leicester.
This is a critical role providing direct support to the General Manager whilst heading up the operation function within the scheme. Duties include: -
Working with the General Manager to monitor and drive the centres performance in line with the Business Plan. Overall responsibility for operations ensuring that these functions are consistently working to best practices Oversee incident management and initiate effective escalation. To focus on Health & Safety for the overall operation
Help deliver corporate responsibility and lead community relations Work closely with retailers, local businesses and stakeholders to ensure presence and strong relationships Ensure effective management of operational costs to service charge and car park budgets
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has senior operational experience at this level.
You will ideally hold a BCSC Diploma, a Health & Safety qualification and have excellent experience and knowledge of running a large shopping centre. For further information email:

CENTRE MANAGER, EDINBURGH Salary £30 - £40K
Reith Lambert has a vacancy for a Centre Manager for Westside Plaza Shopping Centre, Edinburgh.
Reporting directly to the Property Surveyor you will be the fi rst point of contact for tenants, You will also provide the interface between the organisation and external agencies and be responsible for ensuring that the Centre complies with current legislation. The owners of Westside Plaza have exciting plans for the ongoing development of the Centre and therefore we are seeking candidates able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Centre
extension and/or refurbishment. The successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and develop an in-house team.
