Centre Manager Castlegate Shopping Centre
Located on Teesside, Castlegate Shopping Centre, Stockton is an in town, 350,000 sq ft covered shopping centre with over 10 million visitors per annum and includes a vibrant market hall and 800 space multi-storey and rooftop car park which is managed as part of the shopping centre.
We require a commercially astute and enthusiastic person for the role of Centre Manager to drive Castlegate forward in the regional shopping centre hierarchy.
The successful candidate will possess strong inter-personal skills and should be passionate in marketing and promoting the scheme at all times, with a real enthusiasm for customer service and delivery.
In addition to building upon relationships with tenants it is also essential that you have the ability to work closely with the local authority and Town Centre manager.
Package will be commensurate with experience and ability. Closing date for applications Friday 12 August 2011.
