achievement award - always a well-kept secret - was Shopping Centre’s long-serving group advertisement manager Graham Harvey. And as well as celebrating


best practice and best people in the shopping centre industry the evening was staged to raise money for the rugby charity Wooden Spoon and two good causes nominated in memory of the late Bob Tingle, for many years a member of the SCEPTRE judging panel.
