A BC Success Story Delivers High Tech Security Monitoring to the Okanagan Valley
BMS Integrated Services Inc. is a BC based success story. This growing Full Service security provider delivers integrated security systems and alarm monitoring to a wide range of the marketplace including large multi-national clients, government departments, and residential or vacation property customers.
The BC company, with offices in Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna servicing all of Western Canada, has experienced tremendous growth over the past decade. They deliver integrated security solutions including access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring to this Region’s most secure conscious organizations. This includes Vancouver and Victoria International Airport, BC Hydro, BC Corrections, and many other large private and public organizations.
Security has become a serious part of any company’s planning. BMS has had the pleasure of successfully working with this Region’s major airports, ports and many major events such as the Olympics to deliver security solutions. Beyond its technology, BMS boasts the strongest team of project managers, technicians, and support personnel available in the industry. The accomplishments of their team are extensive.
With projects occurring all over the province, BMS decided a few years back that it was time to put down permanent roots in the Okanagan Valley. Ron Delainey of BMS Kelowna states, “A lot of our projects require installations at multiple sites across the Province. It became costly and challenging to always send crews from the Lower Mainland. We have a great community and strong workforce here in the Okanagan.” A local office was opened to service large clients, as well as to take BMS’ experience and expertise in Security to deliver services to the local residential and business clients in the community.
BMS designed and built Security Operations Centers for several of this Region’s dominating infrastructure and transportation companies. They decided to use this knowledge and skill set to build a state-of-the art ULC Central Station to deliver intrusion, critical environmental, and fire monitoring to people’s homes and businesses. The station, branded as M6 Security Corporation, provides customized solutions for businesses, whether for one store or multiple locations throughout Canada.
Brady Carthy, VP of M6, says, “We offer a number of advantages over other monitoring companies because we are local. We are familiar with British Columbia and the emergency service providers here. We understand the local challenges you might be facing. It may be forest fires or some other local event.”
Heinz Korsch of BMS / M6 Kelowna has this to say, “Our monitoring is done in-house in our own BC based ULC M6 Central Station and not outsourced like a lot of the other alarm companies. M6 Security Corporation is your single source security solution provider. Our security professionals are committed to helping you protect your assets and investments, but more importantly, in becoming your partner in customer service support. We are proud of the personalized service our clients receive.”
