BLUE ICING BAKERY was started by Tiffany Shaw in 2006 to fulfill a lifelong dream of having a baking business. She believes her quality and style are what have kept her Penticton business extremely busy. They sell both wholesale and retail, with most of the products being custom made. Specialty products like gluten and wheat free, egg free and vegan products, and xyletol sweetened goodies for diabetics, have developed quite a following. Most of the product is made fresh daily, so pre-ordering is required (with 24 hours notice) by calling 250-770-0018. You can also drop by the store at 2146 Government Street and see what she has on the shelves. It’s best to get there early as they sell out fast. Birthday, wedding, anniversary, and any other customized occasion cake can be made to order with a week’s notice. She also delivers. For more information go to blueicingbakery.com

Their beers can be found in all BC and Alberta private and government liquor stores.
