Botanics in Bloom celebrates the vibrant colours of Singleton Botanical Gardens with plenty of summer, family activities. Outdoor Theatre returns to Oystermouth Castle, Mumbles, on 3rd & 4th August, with Shakespeare’s lively comedy, Twelfth Night.

Editor’s Letter
Held at Penrice Castle Park on 7th August, the annual one-day Gower Show features the fi nest displays of home bred and grown livestock and produce, as well as a food hall, stalls and main ring displays.
There’s music from emerging, new singer Wibidi (plus guests) at Monkey Café, 24th August.
The 26th charity Mumbles Raft Race is on 28th August. Come and watch a rather diverse mixture of home-made rafts and other vessels racing across Mumbles Bay.
Sample over 100 real ales and a huge selection of real ciders and perries at the Swansea Bay Beer
Festival, Brangwyn Hall from 25th to 27th August. Live music and dance can be enjoyed for FREE at World Party 2011 held at the Museum Park in the grounds of the National Waterfront Museum on 27th August.
