“We have an amazing childcare facility for people who come to work out,” Deutsch adds. “As a parent, I know that childcare is so important. At other places it is just an afterthought. If the child enjoys being here, and is begging to come to the gym, that’s great. The kids kind of bring the parents here.”


For the month of July, Fitness Forum is getting the whole family into better health by offering family yoga at 3 p.m. Wednesdays. Zumba is still very popular, and for those wanting to add some adventure to their routine, an instructor brought from New York is teaching the Samurai

An anniversary celebration is planned for September so members and neighbors who are vacationing and traveling over the summer won’t miss out on the festivities. Fitness Forum, located at 2130 W. Chandler Blvd. at Dobson Road, is open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
