K-ARRAY | KZ10 www.k-array.com

K-array have created the KZ10 pack, ‘all in a box’ not just to benefit the end-user, who finds a complete solution already boxed up, easy-to- use and perfect for a number of different applications, but also to make logistical management of the relevant products faster and easier. K-array are also offering the KZ10 pack in order to meet the numerous requests for Lyzard systems, which are small in dimension and easy to install. The KZ10 pack can be used in all small-medium sized applications, where high quality amplification is required, with minimum visual impact including meeting rooms, shops, museums, information points, and restaurants. The 4-channel amplifier KA1-1 has been provided with a preset specifically for the KZ104 (the four ohm version of the KZ10) and for the subwoofer KU36. The KA1-1 has a built-in XLR stereo input and four Phoenix outputs, all powered by a 24V, 120W external power supply, which is also included in the pack. The pair of KZ104 speakers, with basic cabling kit included, allows you to take complete advantage of the amplifier’s power, thanks to the speakers’ reduced impedance. The DSP, with which the KA1-1 is equipped, allows installers to have up to four available parametric filters, which can be used to make necessary adjustments according to the environment. K-array’s eDSP is the controlling software and connection can be made directly via USB. The KU36 sub, which has a 6-inch double-coil speaker, has been optimised to get the most out of the power com- ing from the 2-channels of the KA1-1 amplifier. The two 6-inch passive loudspeakers present a cleaner, more precise sound, even for the low frequencies. All of this ensures we have a system 2.1 with professional performance, which is practically invisible and really simple, as well as being quick to configure and install.

K.M.E. | QH 5045 & QLB 215 www.kme-sound.com

The hybrid array element QH 5045 is an absolute novelty in the combination of line source and point source technologies. The QH 5045 contains four 1-inch high frequency drivers coherently working on a wave former and guarantees a precise dispersion and seamless transi- tion of the high frequencies between the array elements. The single has a dispersion of 50° horizontal and 45° vertical. The two hornloaded mid range systems are equipped with a 10-inch neodymium speaker. In this system the requirements for compact dimensions, highest SPL and defined dispersion of a line array are combined in a symbiosis. The QH 5045 is optimised for horizontal and vertical installation in groundstacking or flying mode. The QLB 215 is a high power, universal bass system with exceptional sound quality and with optimised transport dimensions for truck and transporter. It can be used together with either line array systems or other top units. The housing is made from precision- milled birch plywood, it holds eight stacking elements on two sides for safe stacking in portrait and landscape direction. For better handling the system comes with eight ergonomically placed handles. Inside, two newly developed 15-inch long excursion speakers work in a hybrid arrangement ensuring small dimensions remaining low cut off frequency and minimises airflow noise especially at low frequencies. Two speakon sockets on the reverse side and one socket in the front grid ensure easy cabling for all chosen using modes. The QLB 215 can be used together with either line array systems or other top units.

KLING & FREITAG | GRAVIS 12 & NOMOS LS www.kling-freitag.de

Kling & Freitag is proud to introduce the new 12-inch / 1.4-inch full range Gravis 12 system and the one 15-inch subwoofer, Nomos LS. They are extending the ProRental range in terms of compact, modern and lightweight features but remain a very powerful sound systems for large scale applications. The very elegant and compact enclosure of the Gravis 12 makes use of two different monitor angles. The handling of the box for transport and installation has been considerably improved by the new design and the position of the handles. All surfaces that have contact with the ground are protected by plastic pads to avoid damage. For the first time, the Kling & Freitag VariPoint has been used and this is useful for quick and safe flying or for the installation of accessories. This in-house development also allows quick pin fastening as well as a M10 fastening, complying with the safety standard BGV C1. Acoustically, the Gravis 12 has a neutral and balanced reproduction, and has a maximum sound pressure level of 137dB, which highlights its enormous potential. The Gravis system is available in two versions, Gravis 12 N and Gravis 12 W providing the user the choice between two different radiation angles. The Nomos LS is a compact bass unit, which extends Kling & Freitag’s range of subwoofer systems. The extremely compact one 15-inch subwoofer has dry, precise, and powerful reproduction, which reaches 33Hz. Together with the Kling & Freitag SystemRack driving unit, the Gravis 12 and the Nomos LS form an optimal set for ProRental tasks.
