Karen thoughfully ponders more of her customers favourite things, “The Ultimate Conditioning Shampoo is popular ...oh and the Complete Hair Conditioner ” she says laughing, “Everything basically!”


To build on KBB’s phenomenal US success, Karen decided now was the right time for the company to expand. “I’m very excited to be launching our products in Europe since we already have a very strong following.” Karen explains, “Partnering with nexrastore will allow our customers to get their favourite KBB products faster and at a lower shipping cost.”


A world away from Wall Street and with seven successful years already under her belt, Karen’s non-stop work ethic sees no signs of abating, “We’ve just launched our Brand Ambassadors program, where women worldwide represent KBB, providing information, hair care techniques and product sampling opportunities to people interested in the range.” The waiting list is impressively long with Karen demanding only the most committed of applicants.


And if all that were not enough, KBB plan to launch 17 new products to the range. “We’re working on Hair Blossom Moisture Mist, Hold It Hair Gel, Gloss Boss Hair Polish, Shape Up Hair Wax and many others!”


As Karen gives her mixture a final stir, the front door suddenly opens to the lunchtime rush of regulars. We smile. Her customers all seem eager to find their favourite product; eager to find their ‘natural chic’.
