Chandler University registering for online classes Special Facebook promotion to give scholarship

Graduate, undergraduate and certificate programs in business, construction management and digital marketing are available online through Chandler University, and registration is available for classes that start monthly. Chandler University was created last year as a private, online university based in Chandler.

The Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education recently gave approval to Chandler University to award certificates and undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Principals of Chandler University, owned by Camelback Education Group, include CEO Steve Cooper of Chandler; Dr. Glenna McCollum of Chandler, formerly with Chandler Education Foundation for 13 years, president; and Mark Lewis of Ocotillo, with more than 25 years of experience in television news, vice president of investor and media relations.

Cooper posts on the Chandler University Facebook page that they will be giving away a full scholarship. “Once Chandler University hits 1,000 friends on FB, we will randomly select and give away from one of our first 1,000 friends ... one fully-paid tuition scholarship for an undergraduate or graduate degree at Chandler University,” he explains. “This scholarship is transferrable.”

Tuition for a bachelor degree and certificates is $150 per credit hour, with a master’s degree $175 a credit hour. Online faculty independent contractors are also sought in a variety of programs. For information, visit www.Chandler-U.com.
