ADIOS: The Ocotillo Target store managers remind customers they are closing July 19. Shoppers will be able to find more of their favorite items at a new prototype Target “general merchandise store” at 3777 S. Arizona Ave., on the northeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Ocotillo Road, across from Hamilton High School. Target spokesperson Sarah Bakken says the new 135,000-square- foot store will have “an expanded fresh food layout” to include packaged chicken breast, ground turkey, hamburger and other meats plus fresh strawberries, lettuce and other produce and fresh packaged baked goods. It differs from a Super Target, such as the one at Crossroads Towne Center, which is about 180,000 square feet and includes an on-site deli and bakery.
Other subjects on the agenda include when to sell real estate, avoiding foreclosure, obtaining relief from debt plus details on bankruptcy issues. The workshop will be held at Hunt Real Estate Training Room, 1860 E. Warner Rd., Suite 9 at McClintock Road in Tempe.
