ractice yoga with world-renowned Anusara instructor Desiree Rumbaugh. Rumbaugh teaches from the experience of more then two decades of practice. She travels the world offering workshops which are innovative, transformative, challenging and compassionate. She has a well-earned reputation of deepening the newest and most seasoned practice through humor balanced with a quest for authenticity. Rumbaugh teaches a four-part work- shop at MAC titled Love is Stronger than Fear Friday, July 22. She teaches a special therapeutics training designed for yogis of all levels and limitations, as well as yoga teachers, body workers and yoga therapists, from 1-4 p.m. Rumbaugh then teaches an all-levels flow class from 6-8 p.m. Participants cultivate courage Saturday, July 23 from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. with standing poses, backbends and arm balances. Return from 3-5:30 p.m. for hips, grounding and graceful bows.
