VENUE: STONELEIGH PARK LODGE Stoneleigh Park Lodge is situated in the grounds of Stoneleigh Park – an exhibition and conference centre so if you’re attending business locally this makes an ideal place to stay. It’s also a great setting for discreet business meetings in the Coventry and Warwick area – it enjoys a secluded location so disruptions and distractions are kept to a minimum. Plus you’re almost guaranteed a great night’s sleep with no transient noise. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you might need for a night or two’s stay, plus the free parking is an added bonus. Although the rooms are modest com- pared to larger, more central hotels the venue underwent a refurb last year, which saw improvements made to some of the 58 bedrooms, the bar and the lounge. Where this hotel really does excel though is in its
short-term hire and you’ll be in great com- pany; Spielberg installed an edit suite in his apartment to work on his films!

food. It boasts on the website that the produce is sourced locally wherever possible and this really came through in the flavour. The breakfast was extremely comprehensive and a perfect start to a busy day, while the evening meal was exceptional quality with beautifully married flavours. Locally, guests can also enjoy two nearby fishing pools and walking and cycle routes and the venue is just five miles from Coventry. The hotel has a small, on-site conference facility for up to 10 guests but the larger facilities at the exhibition centre are just a walk away. Contact:
