Devil Dog from Page 15 The newly found passion for boxing is a

refl ection of the dedication of the boxing trainers, especially Robles. Growing up in Florence, he’s been around the sport since the age of 3 and began boxing at 4. He has an amateur record of 425 wins and 11 losses including as eight-time Arizona state champ and fi ve-time Western Golden Glove champ.

In addition to open gyms and individual training – whether a Devil Dog member or not – there’s a Boot Camp from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. every Saturday. The trainers combine cardio, calisthenics, core conditioning, stretching, plyometric drills and more to create an intense workout for all fi tness levels.

Granado says stopping by Devil Dog Boxing at 590 N. Alma School Rd. in Chandler is the best way to see what they have to offer.
