You are one of the UK’s most exciting young entrepreneurs - how did it all start out? I have always had a passion for quality food and at the age of 12 I founded Chokolit Ltd. I left school at 11 due to dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia to be home tutored to follow a more vocational education. Aged 11 my aunty asked me to make her a chocolate cake for her 50th birthday- this was so well received that I was inundated with orders. As I did more and more research into the chocolate industry, I realised this was something I wanted to peruse.

Your success has taken you around the world - what has been the highlights so far? There have been some awesome highlights, especially meeting Gordon Brown and David Cameron as well as being invited to speak at the first ever youth Olympics in Singapore.

What’s the best piece of business advice you’ve received? Choose your associates and advisors very carefully. As terrible as it sounds, who you know is vital! Find a genuine mentor with true business experience who is passionate about you and your business.
