Emilie Daigle, First-Time Donor to Locks of Love

Landscape Renovation Takes Place at Old and New Town Halls

Emilie Daigle before her haircut

submitted by Leah Daigle Second-grader Emilie Daigle, 8, of Litchfield donated 14 1/2 inches of hair to Locks of Love for the first time. Her hair was cut at The Firefly Salon in Derry last week.

As parents, we are proud that she chose to part

The Town of Litchfield would like to recognize

and thank Tim’s Turf for donating the mulch, seed, and fertilizer; McQuesten Farms for their donation of flowers; Jolt Electric for donating the electrical services for the lighting of the flag at the Old Town Hall; as well as Tony Sawyer, Supervisor of the Hillsborough County of Corrections Community Service program for their time and hard work.

workers about the signs only to return 20 minutes later to see that the signs were not changed, so up the middle I went!”

With a goal of collecting 168 good pints of blood, 217 people participated in the fourth annual Jeanie Barkley Memorial Blood Drive, where an incredible 204 good pints of lifesaving
