South West Equine Protection


South West Equine Protection is a Charity formed mainly by volunteers.


Their purpose is to help moorland equines on Dartmoor and Bodmin moor, who are abandoned or suffering from neglect and cruelty, whether caused by heartlessness or ignorance.


They have a lot of ponies that need

AGGIE – Aggie is a very pretty, but flighty 12 year old mare. She measures 12.1hh and she is a bay. Although she will make a lovely companion, she can be a little tricky to catch. Once she is caught she is fine to handle.

STROLLER – Stroller is one of our larger ponies measuring 14hh. He is a bright bay 10 year old who has made a steady com- panion, but could still be worked on to be- come a riding pony. He is gentle giant, happy to be caught and handled.
