This years Fleshers Standard Bearer is 49 years old, born and brought up in Denholm,


Hawick. Educated at Denholm primary school, later at Hawick High School and then Stirling University where he studied Economics. Trained as a Chartered Accountant and is now employed as Director of Corporate Services at Langside College, Glasgow. He is married to Patricia and has a 14 year old daughter called Charlotte who attends Hawick High School Andrews family history is steeped in the Fleshers Incorporation and has 3 Forefathers called Hadden who were Deacons in the 1700s. He is thoroughly looking forward to a Hail Smilin’ Morn.
