H2O Car Valeting Centres are looking for an outstanding Operations Manager to join the H2O journey

We do not claim to be the biggest …though we do operate the UK’s LEADING Car Valeting Centres in quality, customer service & valet Experience. You will have full responsibility for always delivering outstanding customer experiences and hitting our ambitious growth and profit targets. Working with the Managing Director (Colin Thomas), you will have the responsibility for the performance and organization of all existing and all forth coming H2O valeting Centres throughout the UK, this position requires an outstanding individual. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flourishing background in Operational Management, a true passion for people development and an obsession with customer experience. Your challenge will be to deliver our ambitious growth and profit plans. Job Purpose To take full responsibility for the operational and profit performance of the current business centres.

Create new teams for expanding the profitability of existing sites and make operational new sites as they come on stream

Principal Responsibilities • Take control and responsibility to ensure that all our valeting operations hit their profit targets and that the customer experience of these services is second to none, we currently achieve 96.7% customer satisfaction levels • Implement new site openings and achieve breakeven points as outline in their implementation plan. • Drive, review and deliver daily & weekly sales targets for existing and new sites • Overall day to day co-ordination of the site managers, area manager(s) and their valeting teams.

• To provide day-to-day strong performance management input to enable Centre Managers hit their targets • Train, develop, motivate and performance manage your centre managers. Review and implement the next version of recruitment, training and management processes for the entire business

Job Role

This is a hands on, multi site management role Flexibility and an open-mind will be essential for successful growth in the role.

The role requires a balance of commercialism, business- mindedness, and focus. It will be an advantage for you to know your way around the shopping centre industry, multiple retail locations.

Criteria Sought • A track record of excellent operational management experience in a consumer services environment. • Ambition to support the development of the H2o growth plan and your own personal growth • A first rate people manager. • Instinctively knows what excellent customer service means and can instil it within their people • A passion for targets and increasing profitability • A confident understanding of P&L, cash flow forecasting, & profit targets • Energy, enthusiasm and a “can do” attitude. • A problem solver with charisma, common sense and dare we ask… sense of humour!
