Exciting June anticipated Afc Fairs have an exciting
June following on from their success at the Royal Cornwall Showground, Wadebridge.
With record crowd numbers both days and stallholders equally pleased as were BBC televisions’ ‘Bargain Hunt’ who also proved to be popular with the very large crowds, and thanks also to the many classic cars from local clubs who turned up, they were a wonderful addition to the front of the pavilion - we are hoping for their return in August.
June 4th and 5th sees Afc back at their new venue in Cornish Market World, Par, PL25 3RP, with their ‘Antiques Alley’ with various stallholders selling antiques and collectables to whet any appetite, from small silver up to large furniture and pretty much anything in between from paintings to china, this exciting new location is looking to be a regular feature at the Market World every month.
June 17th and 18th sees another new venue for Afc, this time branching slightly further a field at the Wellsprings Leisure Centre, Cheddon Road, Taunton.
With room for up to 200 stands this is an excellent location situated approximately 15 minutes from J25 off the M5 - follow the AA signs that Afc will have out.
Times for the fair are: Friday trade day 12 noon - 5pm, £2.50; Saturday 9am - 5pm, £1.50. Again there will be a vast assortment of antiques and collectables from jewellery, china, furniture, Art Deco, silver, treen and much more besides.
June 26th has Afc back at The Millennium House, Pensilva, PL14 5NF, with up to 70 stands, 10am - 4pm, admission 50p.
Into July sees the 31st also at The Millennium House, Pensilva, PL14 5NF, with up to 70 stands, 10am - 4pm, admission 50p.
Refreshments, parking and disabled facilities are all available at each AFC Fair.
