patent battle Award-winning American compact pistol manufacturer Kahr Arms is locked in a legal battle over a patent infringement of its unique locking, fi ring and extraction systems. T e lawsuit is against Florida-


based pistol manufacturer Diamondback Firearms, which Kahr claims has used patented aspects of its own cocking cam trigger system in its compact .380 ACP and 9mm pistols. T e system provides a ‘safe


cam action’, unbelievably smooth double-action-only trigger stroke and is fast to fi re in critical defensive situations – innovations that Kahr claims can only be found in its pistols. Gun Trade World will bring you
