ABBOTS BURGLARY Police attended the scene of a burglary in Upper Highway on Thursday 14 April, after thieves gained access to the property and made off with all the owner‟s jewellery from an upstairs bedroom. It is believed the offenders gained entry by forcing open the back door with a crowbar, after failing to break in via a dining room window. The incident occurred sometime between 3.30pm and 6.30pm.
