Eight teams arrived on April 16th and 17th to the Merion Cricket Club in Haverford, Pennsylvania for a chance to win the top spot in the six wicket and golf croquet divisions at the 2011 USCA National Collegiate Championship. Trough blustering winds and incessant rain, SUNY New Paltz was able to win first place in six wicket, breaking St. John’s seven-year winning streak. Trow in a battle between Oklahoma Wesleyan and the US Naval Academy in golf and this year’s championship was an event people will be talking about for some time.
