Night Tix for High Schools


Designed by and for high school teachers! Tickets for evening shows with educational content are now available at $15/seat for high school groups for whom it’s hard to secure bussing or get students excused from other classes during the school day. Seating is more limited than for daytime matinees, so order early. See the insert in your brochure for more detail, call Frankie (Student Matinee Series Coordinator) at 802-652-4571, or visit our website at www.flynncenter.org.


NIGHT TIX SHOWS: • 69 Degrees South (October 6)—Extraordinary puppet theater about the epic Shackleton expedition. • Moby Dick (November 16-17)—A spellbinding one-man version of Melville’s classic novel.


• Intergalactic Nemesis (January 19)—Live-action graphic novel adventure with over 1,200 hand-drawn projections, live music, and sound effects.


• Brain Storm (February 17-18)—Multimedia dance/theater production about brain research by Everett Dance Theatre.


Night Tix are also available for the shows below, which have evening performances on top of student matinees. • Water is Rising (November 18)—Music and dance from Pacific Islands endangered by climate change. • AXIS Dance Company (March 9)—Dancers with and without disabilities who create highly-imaginative works.


• Golden Dragon Acrobats of China (March 11)—Award-winning acrobatics, contortion, and juggling with spectacular costumes.


• Spirit of Uganda (March 25)—Pulsating drum rhythms, quicksilver movements, and songs of joy and hope. • India Jazz Suites (May 4)—A celebration of percussive dance traditions in India (Kathak) and the US (tap.)
