As with humans the more unusual the critter the more aloof and arduous they are to find let alone film. Take for instance Nick’s award winning snapshot of an Aye-Aye seen on page 55….
I’ve tried several times to get half decent pictures of wild Aye-ayes – and failed. It’s a rare animal so finding one is tough. It’s black, is only active when dark and never sits still – the odds are rather stacked against. ~ Nick Garbutt
