Underlining part of its strategic plan to focus on key markets offering the highest growth potential, Aristocrat Technologies has strengthened its position in the Spanish arcade- salon market with the official launch at Madrid’s FER-Interazar show (30th March – 1st April) of two new Type B games. William Wilsnagh, Managing Director – Europe & Africa, relocated from Johannesburg to London directly after the show, a move which also reflects the global company’s emphasis on getting closer to its customers at the local level.


Aristocrat reported a highly positive on-stand response to new games – Mystic Mermaid and Wicked Winnings – as well as for its new four-, six- and eight- module multi-player unit, all of which were presented alongside current strong performers Big Red, Queen of the Nile and Dolphin Treasure. The sustained popularity of these games amongst players provided the inspiration for the latest portfolio additions, projected into the Spanish market under the slogan ‘Performance, Performance, Performance’.
