If you’re able to successfully comply with their requirements, and obtain a formal certification to that effect, then you’ll have significantly reduced your chances of falling victim to these disasters.

For example, many Government Regulators are willing to accept a Transfer of Approval (TOA), meaning that a certification in one jurisdiction could potentially facilitate approval in another jurisdiction. At a minimum, a formal certification in one jurisdiction can often reduce the testing time and cost for approval in another jurisdiction, wherever the two jurisdictions share any common requirements.
Consider also that having a formal certification can sometimes facilitate business partnerships with other suppliers and operators. In some jurisdictions, any

given organisation may not be able to obtain regulatory approval for joint business ventures until both parties have been certified. This can put you, together with your certified business partner, at a marked advantage over the competition!
These and many other benefits are ripe for the taking. Certification in a highly- regulated jurisdiction can be a major undertaking, with big bucks on the line, but the results are likely to mean big bucks in your pocket too.
So if you are going to invest all that time and effort to get certified, you might as well reap the rewards at the same time.
