EUROPEAN UPDATE Zest focus on Italian VLT sites
Zest Gaming brands its forthcoming VLT sites in the Italian market - Winpalace
Zest Gaming of Italy is to launch three new-style electronic casinos under the name Winpalace, in the Italian cities of Trieste, Olbia and Alghero with openings scheduled for the beginning of June.
The venues will be between 200 and 300 sq.m in size and each will accommodate around 70 machines, a mixture of Comma 6 As and the new Video Lottery Terminals. The Winpalace strategy will be to offer a wide range of entertainment for a wide range of people.

Amaya signs deal with FutureLogic
FutureLogic has signed a Preferred Global Technology Agreement with Amaya Gaming Group, designating the GEN2 Universal gaming printer and the Eclipse ticket and receipt printer as Amaya’s printers of choice. The Italian VLT market is developing more slowly than anticipated. The number of VLT’s in operation is well below the number expected last year as the Italian testing body, SOGEI, has been inundated with machines, which has slowed the certification process to a crawl. It is this second factor that has prevented Italian players from appreciating the latest APEX gaming VLTs.

El Gobierno ucraniano ha revelado más planes relacionados con el nuevo arranque de la industria del juego en el país a tiempo para la Eurocopa de 2012.
