Info: 07814 641345 / www.shithappensproductions.co.uk Welsh theatre company Shit Happens Productions is kick-starting its mini-UK tour this May in Swansea, presenting the Welsh premiere of John Cameron Mitchell’s rock musical, Hedwig And The Angry Inch. This whirlwind yarn tells the story of transgendered East German rock‘n’roll goddess, Hedwig Schmidt. Performed in the form of a rock gig and stand-up comedy routine backed up by rock band The Angry Inch, this is set to be a dazzling and unique musical. The show explores morals such as love and acceptance in a modern and superficial world. Sure to draw out a range of emotions from its audience, Hedwig And The Angry Inch is a touching play which brutally explores the idea of identity in today’s world.
