Summary Statement We realize we are created in the image of God to love
and be loved and to let everyone we meet know about the incredibly extravagant generosity of God in all the ways and knowledge of our community.
Action Priorities:
1. Investigate the needs and culture of our community.
2. Take information from #1 and appoint a group to come up with imaginative and innovative ways to serve our community.
3.Use personal gifts and abilities of our members and attenders to fill the needs found in our community.
So I have one question for you, reader: What word
would you use if you witnessed a church go from the previous challenges mentioned to the action priorities in a very real and practical way? Transformation. Twenty-five Bethel members walked away with a reason for hope and a plan for change. n
“If you do not want to change, do not expose yourself to the material. At this point I was infected with “hope” and “change,” but the right kind this time.”
